By Submitting this form the applicant is agreeing to be bound by the following Statements and Agreements listed below.

Seminary Advantage Campus Host Agreement

A Host Campus (HC) will be required to provide qualified instructor/s to teach the 1yr SA curriculum. These Instructors are considered as independent contractors under the terms acceptable between the HC and the instructor. Any compensation between the HC and instructor will be bases on their agreed terms. SA will pay directly to the HC the compensation due under this agreement based on the following terms below. All instructors will be required to comply with the "SA Instructor Agreement" by filling out the SA Instructor Application.

There are several payment plans for students to choose from when enrolling in the SA program. The HC or instructor will be compensated based on the student enrollment for each course. The HC shall receive a total of $500.00 per student who completes the entire 10 course program. A payment of $50.00 per student per course will be paid to the HC or the instructor upon the enrollment and payment of each student. This payment will be made to the HC or instructor within the first 30 days of the beginning of each course curriculum based on received payment from the student. If a student has elected an option requiring a monthly payment plan and fails to make the committed payments, a notification shall be sent to the instructor and the instructor and the SA will discuss the options on how to handle that student. No student will graduate with an outstanding bill.

The HC is responsible for making the necessary arrangements with the Instructor for access to the classrooms or teaching facility necessary for teaching the SA course curriculum. The courses are designed to be taught over a 4 to 5 week period per course. One of the course studies will be a practicum in Discipleship. We encourage in class discussion at near the end of each class once the Discipleship Practicum has begun to encourage the students as well as giving guidance as they continue their Discipleship roll. We would like to see our SA students develop a lifestyle of discipling others. As a practicum we believe that having the students meet with at least two other individual once a week to develop a personal discipling relationship will begin a reproductive discipleship model to help build up the local church body of believers. We suggest that this practicum be carried out over the duration of the SA Course Curriculum.

There is no requirement for tests to be given unless the instructor wishes to add or substitute this to the curriculum. If no substitution is implemented by the Instructor the students will be required to show up for class, participate in class discussion and answers the questions at the end of each chapter in their workbooks. Students should maintain a notebook which can be submitted for course credit. During the homiletics course, the instructors are encouraged to allow time for each student to prepare and teach a selected passage of scripture to the class. This can be an abbreviated study, showing they have the ability to produce an introduction, body and conclusion.  This passage can be at the students choosing or the instructors. We encourage class feedback along with class encouragement, as each student acquires and develops their skill in communicating the Word of God.

The HC instructor shall be responsible for any and all taxes due from any income received from SA if required. SA is a non for profit organization, and compensation given to HC is usally treated as a donation to the ministry. Compensation made directly to an instructor will be followed up with a 1099 form based on compensation received in each tax year. The HC or instructor is an independent contractor and this agreement is not intended to create any employee / employer relationship. In the event an instructor, for reasons not yet determined, cannot complete the teaching of the SA courses, it is the responsibility of the HC or the instructor to find a satisfactory replacement instructor, which must be approved by SA and sign the same Instructor Agreement. The HC shall be responsible for any financial arrangement between themselves and their Instructors if the HC chooses to receive compensation directly.

Host Campus and Statement of Faith

Seminary Advantage requires its HC and instructors to affirm to the following Statement of Faith. Instructors acknowledge their understanding of an agreement with these essential truths which are vital to the gospel.

1.     The Scripture of the Old and New Testament (excluding those books commonly referred to as the Apocrypha) are inspired, the only infallible, authorized Word of God.

2.     There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

3.     Our Lord Jesus Christ is God and man in one person. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, and vicariously atoned for sin through his shed blood and death. He was bodily resurrected from the dead. He ascended to the right hand of God the Father and will personally return in power and glory.

4.     Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for salvation of lost and sinful people.

5.     God justifies the sinner on the basis of Christ’s righteousness alone, which is imputed to him by grace alone and which is received by faith alone.

6.     Eternal life is received by faith: that is, trusting in Jesus Christ alone for salvation.

7.     The Holy Spirit indwells all true believers and enables them to live godly lives.

8.     Both the saved and the lost will be resurrected from the dead; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

9.     There is spiritual unity of all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
